So if you&#8217;re aiming to eat healthy meals or plan to follow a gluten-free diet, these quick and easy gluten-free BBQ recipes are definitely a must-have!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gluten free chicken and chips combo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>what do you need:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>1 bottle (12 ounces) beer or root beer, at room temperature<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>6 pieces of chicken thighs<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2 potatoes<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2 crushed garlic cloves<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1\/2 cup melted butter, then cool<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1 tablespoon brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1 tablespoon of chili powder<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2 teaspoons salt, plus more to taste<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>lime wedges, for the wedges<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Drizzle olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mix the beer, garlic, butter, brown sugar, chili powder, and salt together in a large resealable plastic bag.  Shake well.  Add drumsticks to bag, and shake to coat and control.  Set aside to marinate.<\/p>\n<p>Microwave the potatoes on high for 5 minutes or until they soften slightly.  When ready, cut them into 1\/4-inch-thick pieces lengthwise.  Drizzle both sides of each potato slice with olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>Place the marinated chicken and potatoes on a preheated grill.  Cook drumsticks until cooked through, about 20-25 minutes, brushing with marinade occasionally.  Grill the potatoes for 3 minutes per side.<\/p>\n<p>When cooked through, transfer the chicken and potatoes to a serving platter.  Sprinkle with salt and serve with lemon wedges.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gluten free pepper steak with caramelized onions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>what do you need:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>Prime rib or T-bone steak (3\/4 to 1 inch thick)<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>3 onions, cut into 1\/2-inch slices<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2 tablespoons of honey<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>2 tablespoons of hot pepper<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1 tablespoon of olive oil<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1 1\/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1 teaspoon garlic salt<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>1 teaspoon ground cumin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a small bowl, combine chilies, thyme leaves, garlic salt, and ground cumin.  Brush both sides of the steak with olive oil, then rub the pepper mixture.  Leave it for 15-20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Brush the onion slices with the remaining oil.  Place steak and onion in grill pan and cook, covered, on preheated grill over medium-high heat for 12 minutes, or until desired doneness is achieved on steak.<\/p>\n<p>When you&#8217;re ready, remove it from the heat and let the beef rest for a few minutes.
